Refunds and Returns FAQ

Who is the merchant of record for my transaction?

The merchant of record for your transaction via the NBA 2K Mobile Webstore or the WWE 2K Mobile Webstore (the “Store(s)”) will be identified in the checkout flow and can be found on your transaction receipt. You can view more details on the applicable merchant of record here.

Where can I find the full refund policy for content purchased from Take-Two / T2 / 2K?

Where Take-Two, T2 or 2K is identified as the merchant for your purchase via the Store(s), you are purchasing from Take-Two.

The full refund policy for such purchases is available here. The Refund Policy governs the relationship between you and Take-Two in respect of such purchases.

Who is Xsolla and where can I find the full refund policy?

Where Xsolla is identified as the merchant, you are purchasing from Xsolla, T2’s authorized reseller and merchant of record. The full refund policy applicable to such purchases is available here. The Refund Policy governs the relationship between you and Xsolla in respect of such purchases.

All exchanges and refunds of such purchases will be issued by Xsolla.

What are my refund rights for digital purchases when purchasing from the Store(s)?

There are no refunds for virtual currency, virtual goods, or other non-refundable items purchased from the Store(s) unless such content is defective or not received.

Digital game and downloadable content purchases, and bundle purchases, made outside of the Store(s) are subject to the applicable retailer’s refund policy. Please read the applicable retailer’s refund policy before making any purchase. Refund or warranty claims in respect of such products should be directed to the relevant retailer in the first instance.

What is the EEA / UK right of withdrawal?

If you live in the European Economic Area, or the UK, you have a right to withdraw from certain purchases without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, received your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must unambiguously declare your desire to withdraw from your purchase during the 14 day withdrawal period, for instance, by notifying T2 of your decision to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of such purchase.

You will be reimbursed within 14 days using the same method of payment you used to make your purchase (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise).

Note: The EEA / UK right of withdrawal described above does not apply to purchases of digital content if the performance has begun with your prior consent and your acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your withdrawal right you may contact Customer Support or complete and submit the Withdrawal Form via the process set out in the Refund Policy applicable to your purchase. Details on which Refund Policy applies to your purchase are set out above.
